Fees:

Our beneficiary search service offers a range of fee structures for your convenience. Whatever your requirements, you can be confident that we will be able to find the right solution for you.

Contingency basis: Our fees are paid out of the heirs' entitlement after all liabilities have been settled, including the cost of administering the estate. This arrangement is ideal if relatives who are still in contact with the deceased do not wish to suffer the expense of tracing relatives that have lost touch with the family.

Fixed Fee: We will provide a quote and agree to undertake the work for a fixed fee.

Time / cost basis: The time we spend researching a case is recorded and billed accordingly. The work will be supervised by an experienced researcher who will coordinate the case from start to finish. Out-of-pocket expenses incurred in providing the service, including copies of certificates, wills and grants that are required to research the case, will be charged for at cost.
