"had it not
been for
you we
might well
have not
known
about the inheritance."
LT, Shrewsbury, Shrops
Every day, people pass away without making a will. Most of these people are still in touch with at least one member of their family, whether it be their spouse, child, niece or nephew. Some however, often a last surviving spouse, may have lost touch with their relatives.
Every day we find lost or unknown heirs when people have died intestate i.e. without leaving a will. In such instances, these estates remain unclaimed and if it were not for the efforts of Kin, would eventually be passed to the Crown.
