Matthew founded Kin in 2004 with Sasha Buchler. After graduating from the University of Manchester in 1999 with an honours degree in Economics, Matthew worked at Merrill Lynch and Cantor Fitzgerald and later in the Channel Island of Jersey as a qualified investment manager.

Sasha founded Kin in 2004 with Matthew Siddell. Sasha has worked in the industry since leaving university and the Company was founded on her skills as a researcher. She holds an honours degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Manchester where she graduated in 1998.

Charles Hill
Head of Art & Antiques

Charles was previously Head of Art & Antiques at Scotland Yard. He has been involved in several of the most successful art recovery operations of recent times, both covert and public. These operations included the recovery in Antwerp in 1993 of Vermeer's Lady Writing a Letter With Her Maid and Goya's Portrait of Dona Antonia Zarate. In 2002 Charles also recovered Lord Bath's early Titian, Rest on the Flight into Egypt.
Charley is perhaps best known however, for his part in the two man undercover operation that recovered Edvard Munch's Scream for Norwegian authorities in 1994 which became the subject of a BBC documentary and numerous publications.
